百度 今年1月份，南京公积金管理中心发布了“关于房地产开发单位不得拒绝购房人使用住房公积金贷款的通告”，其中要求房企不得阻挠符合公积金贷款条件的购房人使用公积金贷款，同时，在取得销售许可证后，房企应及时与住房公积金管理中心签订按揭协议，以方便买房人申请公积金贷款。
